Whether a member or a visitor, our admissions team are here to help you however they can! Purchase entry tickets, or enhance your visit by purchasing an animal encounter or behind-the scenes tour. KultureCity sensory bags can be checked out and returned here as well.
To make your visit easier, we have wheelchairs and strollers available for rent. We do require that a valid ID be held while rental equipment is checked out. You are welcome to bring your own within the Aquarium, though please be aware the majority of our outdoor pathing is gravel.
